  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inbound supply processes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and identify potential issues or risks in the supply chain.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to inbound supply, such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory levels, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery of materials.
  5. Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, providing updates on inbound supply status, addressing any concerns or issues, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  6. Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks or opportunities and proactively adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for inbound supply processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and ethical standards.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction in the inbound supply chain, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management, and make recommendations for innovative and efficient practices to be implemented within the company.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  12. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in the management of inbound supply processes.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to ensure smooth integration of inbound supply processes with overall company operations.
  14. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement in inbound supply processes.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or Procurement, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
