  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the MNEA Networks division.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and proactively identify solutions to support their goals.
  4. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and promotes diversity and inclusion.
  5. Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and career development of employees.
  8. Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives to drive a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  9. Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
  10. Develop and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent management, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
  13. Manage the HR budget for the MNEA Networks division and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  14. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and support a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cultural Diversity And Experience Working In A Global Environment.

  • Proven Track Record In Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, And Employee Retention Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Policies And Procedures That Comply With Local And International Standards.
