- Develop and implement the people strategy for Ericsson Antenna Systems to support the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team within the Antenna Systems business unit, providing guidance and support for all people-related matters.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand their people needs and provide solutions to support their business goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their people management skills and ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for the Antenna Systems business unit, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Take a lead role in talent management and succession planning for the Antenna Systems business unit, identifying and developing high-potential employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of people initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people management and proactively apply them to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders within Ericsson to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Create and manage the HR budget for the Antenna Systems business unit.
- Represent Ericsson Antenna Systems in external HR events and forums.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the Antenna Systems business unit.
- Support change management initiatives within the business unit, ensuring the smooth transition of employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Global Organization, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Drive Business Results.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Navigating Complex Hr Issues.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
