- Develop and implement overall strategy and vision for operations and support functions within Ericsson.
- Lead and manage a team of operations and support professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of all tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
