Group Legal Counsel
Our primary responsibility is to negotiate all commercial contracts for Cradlepoint, including suppliers, channel partners, and customers. We also work closely with internal clients worldwide to assist with new product and market analysis, business structure, and business model support. Provide highly efficient and quality legal support to Cradlepoint, including supporting and leading legally complex transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents, including a variety of customer and partner transactions such as distribution, reseller, alliance, and other strategic relationship agreements. Facilitate commercial operations of Cradlepoint and assist with appropriate risk analysis. Support compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and directives. Provide legal training as well as legal advice to employees at all levels, including high level executives.
More than 10 years’ experience of practicing qualified commercial law, international commercial contracting experience preferred.
Good knowledge and skills to support a SaaS, cloud-based technology company, including data privacy and security topics.
Ability to handle any counterparty in negotiations and otherwise, and support and work with high- and top-level managers.
Familiarity and experience using a contract lifecycle management system.
