- Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent to the GO Beyond - Early Careers Program.

- Develop and implement training and development programs for program participants to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor program participants' progress and provide ongoing support and mentorship to help them achieve their career goals.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to provide program participants with meaningful and challenging projects that align with their career interests.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for program participants, promoting diversity and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
- Act as a representative of the GO Beyond program and Ericsson, promoting the program and company values to external stakeholders.
- Manage program logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and event planning, to ensure a smooth and successful program experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the program, incorporating feedback from program participants, managers, and other stakeholders.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Business.
Fluency In English And Swedish, Both Written And Verbal.
