  1. Attract and engage top talent: Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage ambitious and driven individuals to apply for the GO Beyond - Early Careers Program at Ericsson.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process: Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, including orientation, training, and paperwork.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment: Create an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation for program participants.
  4. Provide program guidance and support: Serve as a mentor and resource for program participants, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the program and achieve their professional goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and program leaders, to ensure the success of the program and its participants.
  6. Develop and implement training and development initiatives: Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and implement training and development initiatives for program participants, including technical and soft skills training.
  7. Monitor and track program progress: Regularly monitor and track the progress of program participants, providing feedback and support as needed to ensure their success.
  8. Promote the program and company brand: Act as a brand ambassador for the GO Beyond - Early Careers Program and Ericsson, promoting the program and company values to potential candidates and external stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate with university partners: Build and maintain relationships with university partners to promote the program, identify potential candidates, and collaborate on joint initiatives.
  10. Conduct program evaluations: Conduct evaluations of the program, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders, and making recommendations for improvement.
