  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in various industries.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Or Computer Science.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Ericsson Products And Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.

  • Willingness To Travel And Work In Various Locations, Sometimes For Extended Periods Of Time.
