- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in various industries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ericsson products and services.
- Conduct on-site visits to inspect, install, and maintain Ericsson equipment.

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Or Computer Science.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Ericsson Products And Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
Willingness To Travel And Work In Various Locations, Sometimes For Extended Periods Of Time.
