- Conduct thorough and effective screening and interviewing processes to identify the best candidates for executive-level roles within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful talent acquisition outcomes.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the talent acquisition process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive-level recruitment to continuously improve and innovate the talent acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new executive hires.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to executive-level recruitment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Level Executives.
