  1. Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top executive-level candidates to Ericsson.
  2. Partner with the leadership team to understand the business needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including networking events, social media, and industry events.
  4. Conduct thorough and effective screening and interviewing processes to identify the best candidates for executive-level roles within the organization.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful talent acquisition outcomes.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the talent acquisition process.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive-level recruitment to continuously improve and innovate the talent acquisition strategy.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new executive hires.
  9. Represent Ericsson as an employer of choice and promote the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to executive-level recruitment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Level Executives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Attracting Top Executive Talent, With A Focus On Diversity And Inclusion.
