Equipment Engineering Technician

Provide operational support, including; Preventative maintenance, equipment diagnosis and repairs, calibration and setup of current and newly installed manufacturing equipment. Identify equipment problems and drive to root cause understanding and implement effective solutions to improve overall performance. Ensure continuous process control and perform moderate data analysis to help determine preventive maintenance frequencies to increase equipment uptime. Connect with vendors and assist with coordinating vendor support and services. Prepare a technical summary report with recommended actions for technical problems on equipment to provide during shift changes and to Engineering and Management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and/or drive improvement activities with stakeholders. Follow and revise standard operating procedures.
