  1. Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning about equipment engineering processes and procedures.
  2. Assist in the development and maintenance of equipment designs and specifications.
  3. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with experienced engineers to understand project requirements and assist in the design and development of equipment solutions.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving equipment performance and efficiency.
  8. Create and maintain detailed documentation of equipment design, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
  9. Work closely with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality control, to ensure efficient and effective equipment operations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and self-learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Equipment, Including Routers, Switches, And Rf Components.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols, Such As 3Gpp, Lte, And Ip Networking.

  • Hands-On Experience With Equipment Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
