  1. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  4. Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  5. Investigate and report on any workplace accidents or incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and authorities to stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices.
  7. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for various work activities.
  9. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure employees are prepared for any potential emergencies.
  10. Participate in EHS-related meetings and committees to provide expertise and guidance.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and make recommendations for continuous improvement of EHS programs.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a strong safety culture.
  13. Manage and maintain EHS-related documentation and records.
  14. Ensure compliance with all EHS-related reporting requirements.
  15. Stay informed on new and emerging EHS regulations and trends and make recommendations for necessary changes to policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Telecommunications Industry

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Local And Federal Safety Regulations And Standards

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols

  • Certification In Occupational Health And Safety (E.g. Ohst, Csp) Is Preferred But Not Required.
