  1. Conduct regular analysis of data and processes related to Global Managed Services and Resource Management to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of EGMS and RM processes.
  3. Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure that EGMS and RM operations are meeting business objectives and targets.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in EGMS and RM processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EGMS and RM to continually enhance and improve processes.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation of EGMS and RM processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, recommendations, and insights on EGMS and RM operations.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of EGMS and RM processes.
  9. Use data analysis and reporting tools to generate insights and provide recommendations for decision-making related to EGMS and RM.
  10. Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance EGMS and RM processes.
  11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of EGMS and RM operations.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and compliance, to ensure the integrity of EGMS and RM processes.
  13. Proactively identify risks and issues in EGMS and RM processes and work to mitigate them in a timely manner.
  14. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and productive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Egms (Enterprise Governance Management System) And Rm (Risk Management) Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Using Industry-Standard Software Tools For Egms And Rm Analysis, Such As Rsa Archer, Metricstream, Or Servicenow.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
