Job Description

Analyze different internal and external data points, information, and business context to effectively estimate future product demands, risks, and opportunities Utilize predictive analytics, different input plans, and historical data to create a regional demand plan to pro-actively make supply decisions and optimize the company’s gross profit. Identify and resolve gaps between financial targets and the demand plan. Key owner of North America and Latin America and LAM Sales& Operation Planning (S&OP) process. Collaborate with different stakeholders from Finance, Supply, and Customer demand planners to proactively meet our customer demand. Participate in building a strong foundation and process for Demand sensing & prediction including Business intelligence & insight. Proactively analyzing multiple scenerios, and business aspects to come up with recommendation of future demand/supply plans.

Job Qualifications

  • Team player, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality work to support our customer needs.

  • 3+ years of experience in a global Supply Chain environment within demand management and digitalization

  • Familiarity with ML models and concepts preferred but not required

  • Project management experience or PMP certification a plus
