  1. Ensure accuracy and consistency of product configurations across all projects and solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain configuration management procedures and guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve configuration management issues.
  4. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in delivery processes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management processes and standards.
  6. Create and maintain configuration baselines and track changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  7. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of configurations and resolve any conflicts or delays.
  8. Provide guidance and training to team members on configuration management processes and tools.
  9. Monitor and report on configuration management metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in configuration management practices.
  11. Act as a point of contact for all configuration management related inquiries and issues.
  12. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on configuration management related matters.
  13. Collaborate with customers to understand their configuration requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
  14. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to configuration management.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize configuration management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Configuration Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Configuration Management Tools, Such As Git, Svn, Or Clearcase.

  • Experience With Automation And Scripting Languages, Such As Python, Bash, Or Perl.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
