Cloud Integration Engineer

1. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand their business needs and requirements for cloud integration.
2. Design, develop, and implement cloud integration solutions for customers using Ericsson's products and services.
3. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of cloud integration solutions to ensure smooth and seamless integration with customers' existing systems.
4. Utilize virtualization, networking, and automation skills to optimize the performance and efficiency of cloud integration solutions.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technology and incorporate them into the integration process.
6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of cloud integration projects.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on cloud integration-related issues.
8. Collaborate with other engineers to identify and resolve any technical challenges or roadblocks in the integration process.
9. Document all integration processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
10. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of cloud integration solutions to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, while performing integration tasks.
12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, colleagues, and management, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
13. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
