  1. Analyze and evaluate performance data: Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and success.
  2. Monitor and track performance: Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals and targets are met.
  3. Identify areas for improvement: Use data analysis to identify areas of improvement within the business and make recommendations for changes or strategies to drive better results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to gather data, share insights, and align on performance goals.
  5. Communicate performance insights: Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and trends to senior management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  6. Develop and maintain performance dashboards: Design and maintain performance dashboards to provide ongoing visibility and tracking of key metrics.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to understand the impact on business performance and make strategic recommendations.
  8. Drive process improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  9. Utilize data analysis tools: Use various data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  10. Maintain data accuracy and integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data sources and resolving any discrepancies.
  11. Collaborate on performance forecasting: Work with the finance team to assist in performance forecasting and budgeting processes.
  12. Provide training and support: Train and support team members on data analysis tools and techniques, and provide guidance on how to interpret and utilize performance data effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Trends And Make Recommendations For Business Performance Improvement.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders Within The Organization.
