  1. Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Design and implement data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  4. Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data quality checks and validations.
  7. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of business intelligence solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
  9. Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  10. Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Visualization Tools: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Business Intelligence Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Microstrategy. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Manipulation And Data Visualization Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Databases And Sql: A Successful Business Intelligence Developer Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Database Concepts And Experience In Writing Complex Sql Queries. Knowledge Of Data Warehousing And Etl Processes Is Also Preferred.

  • Programming Skills: Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Java. They Should Also Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Data Pipelines And Automating Data Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Business Intelligence Developer, One Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Trends And Patterns To Provide Valuable Insights. The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Problems Is Essential For This Role.
