Job Description

The Business Analytics Specialist focuses on applying their business knowledge and analytics skills to data, to point to statistically secured conclusions on business performance. They work as an advisor to decision-makers, to outline both causes and remedies to business problems. Gather, build and document current and future business process flows. Act as scrum master/Agile Coach & Mentor for the development team by holding sprint planning and stand-ups. Provide functional perspective and expertise in design discussions. Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces. Value tracking of implemented use cases. Participate in testing activities to ensure the solution is of high quality and meets requirements. Define and implement metrics to measure and communicate success.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in the IT space collecting requirements, including configuring and customizing systems

  • Knowledge of process assessment and optimization techniques

  • Knowledge and experience of analytics best practices and techniques

  • Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, Process mapping

  • Proven working experience in project management and change management environment
