  1. Provide technical support for all audiovisual systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technology trends and advancements in the industry.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and testing of audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Train and support end-users on the proper use of audiovisual systems and equipment.
  7. Conduct research and recommend new audiovisual equipment and systems that could improve efficiency and productivity.
  8. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
  9. Manage inventory and ensure all audiovisual equipment is properly labeled and accounted for.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices for audiovisual technology.
  11. Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues with audiovisual systems before they become problematic.
