- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment, such as surface mount technology (SMT) machines and automated optical inspection (AOI) machines.
- Ensure product quality by conducting visual inspections and using various testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Continuously improve assembly processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
- Stay current on new assembly techniques and technologies through training and development opportunities.

Experience In Assembly Operations: A Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Assembly Operations, Preferably In The Electronics Industry. They Should Be Familiar With The Various Assembly Processes And Have A Good Understanding Of The Equipment And Tools Used In The Process.
Knowledge Of Fa/Sma/Smt Techniques: A Strong Understanding Of Fa (Fine Adjustment), Sma (Surface Mount Assembly), And Smt (Surface Mount Technology) Techniques Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics, And Possess The Necessary Skills To Operate The Equipment Involved In These Techniques.
Familiarity With Quality Control Standards: As An Assembly Operator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Quality Of The Assembled Product. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Quality Control Standards And Processes, And Be Able To Identify And Rectify Any Defects In The Assembly Process.
Attention To Detail: The Job Of An Assembly Operator Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work With Precision And Accuracy, And Be Able To Follow Instructions And Procedures Closely To Ensure The Quality And Consistency Of The Final Product.
