ASIC Design Architect
Ericsson Austin is looking for experienced ASIC Design Architects to join a growing world-class semiconductor development organization and to help drive excellence in our 5G network products. Define robust System, Chip, and/or IP designs that enable 5G communication. Be Involved from conception through production, you will take ownership for product functionality, quality, interoperability, and systemization. In this role, you will write formal product requirements, work collaboratively with stakeholders and other product architects, drive continuous improvement in the development process, and engage as a technical leader throughout the product life cycle.
PhD degree in engineering (or other related technical field) preferred
Knowledge of signal processing algorithms and modeling
Basic knowledge of radio access systems and their components
Breadth in knowledge of industry-standard interfaces and interconnection protocols
Design experience in the semiconductor industry (10+ years)
