- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Managed Service Provider partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential MSP partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for MSP partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with MSP partners.
- Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets for MSP partnerships.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of MSP partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between Ericsson and MSP partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to MSP partners to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Stay updated on Ericsson's products and services to effectively promote and sell them to MSP partners.
- Represent Ericsson at industry events and conferences to showcase our capabilities and strengthen relationships with MSP partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of MSP partnership initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the technology landscape and proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Ericsson's offerings to MSP partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all MSP partnership activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Managed Service Provider (Msp) Business Models And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Customer Accounts.
