  1. Develop and implement test plans and strategies to ensure the interoperability, reliability, and performance of 5G products and solutions.
  2. Conduct testing and integration activities for Ericsson's 5G products and solutions, including end-to-end testing, network infrastructure integration, and compatibility testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, system architects, and network operators, to identify and resolve any issues related to interoperability and integration.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends in 5G technology, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to Ericsson's products.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during testing and integration, and work closely with R&D teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  6. Utilize various testing tools and equipment to perform thorough and accurate tests, and document and report the results to stakeholders.
  7. Ensure that all testing activities are conducted according to industry standards and Ericsson's quality assurance processes.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate any potential risks or issues that may impact the interoperability and integration of Ericsson's 5G products and solutions.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize testing and integration processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on testing and integration best practices, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Represent Ericsson at industry events and conferences to showcase our 5G products and solutions and share expertise on interoperability and integration.
  12. Collaborate with other teams within Ericsson, such as sales and marketing, to provide technical support and expertise during customer engagements and product demonstrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of 5G Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of 5G Technology, Including The Network Architecture, Protocols, And Standards.

  • Experience With Interoperability Testing: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Interoperability Tests For 5G Networks, Including Working With Different Vendors And Technologies.

  • Proficiency In Test Automation: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Test Automation Tools And Scripting Languages, As Well As Be Able To Develop And Execute Automated Test Cases.

  • Understanding Of Integration Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Integration Processes For 5G Networks, Including Network Design, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team, Communicate Technical Information Clearly, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Issues And Ensure Successful Integration Of 5G Networks.
