Endava is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of New Business Development – Retail/CPG to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities within the retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the retail and CPG industry, including current trends and challenges, and a successful track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. They should be a highly collaborative individual with the ability to work with various stakeholders across the organization. The candidate should also be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field· Minimum of five years' experience in a sales or business development role in the retail and/or CPG industry· Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively· Excellent communication and negotiation skills· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersIf you are an experienced, motivated and results-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic and growing organization, then we want to hear from you.
