UX Content Strategist

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Encompass Health's digital platforms, including website, mobile app, and social media channels.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform content decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Write and edit user-focused content, including but not limited to website copy, product descriptions, social media posts, and email communications.
- Develop and maintain content style guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor content to stay current and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with SEO team to incorporate keywords and optimize content for search engines.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve content and user experience.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
- Train and mentor junior content team members to uphold high standards of content quality.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Encompass Health, ensuring all content accurately reflects the company's mission and values.
Bachelor's Degree In English, Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Content Strategy, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Wellness Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User Experience Principles And How They Relate To Content Strategy.
Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With The Ability To Create Clear And Concise Content For Various Platforms And Audiences.
Experience With Content Management Systems And Analytics Tools, As Well As Knowledge Of Seo Best Practices.
