Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Or A Related Field: A Team Lead Physical Therapist At Encompass Health Should Have A Strong Educational Foundation In Physical Therapy Or A Related Field To Effectively Lead And Supervise A Team Of Therapists.
State Licensure And Certification: All Applicants Must Possess A Current State License And Certification As A Physical Therapist. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Requirements To Practice And Provide Quality Care To Patients.
