  1. Lead a team of occupational therapists: The main responsibility of the Team Lead Occupational Therapy is to lead and oversee a team of occupational therapists. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy: A Team Lead Occupational Therapist At Encompass Health Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy. A Master's Degree Is Preferred And May Be Required For Certain Positions.

  • Valid State License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid State License To Practice Occupational Therapy. They Must Also Be In Good Standing With The Licensing Board And Comply With Any State-Specific Requirements.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience: Encompass Health Prefers Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience As An Occupational Therapist. This Experience Should Include Working With A Variety Of Patient Populations And Leading A Team Of Therapists.
