As a Senior Lease and Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our properties, while also maintaining positive relationships with our tenants.   1. Oversee the management of Encompass Health's extensive property portfolio.
  2. Ensure all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Negotiate and manage lease agreements, including rent collection and renewal processes.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
  6. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report on property performance and expenses.
  7. Manage property taxes, insurance, and other related financial responsibilities.
  8. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  9. Develop and implement efficient and effective property management processes and procedures.
  10. Train and supervise junior property administrators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management and provide updates on property portfolio performance and any potential issues.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and marketing, to support the overall goals and objectives of Encompass Health.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve property management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all properties and leases.
  15. Represent Encompass Health in a professional and positive manner to tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Lease And Property Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lease Agreements, Property Management Principles, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Maintain Relationships With Vendors, Landlords, And Tenants.

  • Proficiency In Property Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
