- Assist therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients.
- Help patients with exercises, activities, and treatments as directed by therapists.
- Monitor and record patient progress and report any changes or concerns to therapists.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment for patient use.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their recovery journey.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Attend training sessions and educational workshops to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient treatment and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.

Completion Of A Rehabilitation Therapy Technician Training Program Or Equivalent Education In A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Therapy Department.
Knowledge Of Basic Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Common Rehabilitation Techniques And Equipment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Lift And Assist Patients With Mobility As Needed, And A Willingness To Work In A Physically Demanding Environment.
