- Collaborate with therapists to provide hands-on care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans and exercises for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to therapists.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
- Greet and welcome patients and their families, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Be physically able to assist patients with mobility and exercises.

Certification In Rehabilitation Therapy: A Qualified Candidate For The Rehab Therapy Technician Job Should Have A Certification In A Specific Type Of Rehabilitation Therapy, Such As Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Or Speech Therapy.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Or Therapy Department, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
Knowledge Of Rehabilitation Techniques And Equipment: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Rehabilitation Techniques And Equipment Used In Therapy, As Well As The Ability To Assist Therapists In Providing Treatment To Patients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Rehab Therapy Technician, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Therapists, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Physical Ability: The Job Of A Rehab Therapy Technician May Involve Lifting And Assisting Patients With Mobility, So The Candidate Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Effectively.
