  1. Assist therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients.
  2. Help patients with daily activities, exercises, and therapy sessions as directed by therapists.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to therapists.
  4. Set up and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.
  6. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families.
  7. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  8. Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  9. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  12. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards patients.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  14. Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  15. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for patients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification Or Licensure: Candidates Should Possess A Valid Certification Or Licensure As A Rehabilitation Therapy Technician, Such As A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Cota) Or Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (Pta).

  • Experience In Rehabilitation Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Rehabilitation Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred. This Could Include Working As A Therapy Aide, Nursing Assistant, Or Medical Assistant.

  • Knowledge Of Rehabilitation Techniques: A Strong Understanding Of Rehabilitation Techniques And Modalities Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Common Therapeutic Exercises, Assistive Devices, And Therapy Equipment.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Rehab Therapy Technician, You Will Work Closely With Patients, Therapists, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Provide Excellent Patient Care And Work Effectively Within A Team.

  • Physical Stamina And Dexterity: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And Dexterity To Assist Patients With Mobility And Daily Activities. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift And Move Patients, As Well As Operate Therapy Equipment.
