1. Assist therapists in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
2. Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors to Encompass Health.
3. Collaborate with therapists to create a positive and supportive environment for patients.
4. Help patients with daily living activities, such as getting dressed, bathing, and eating.
5. Monitor and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional well-being.
6. Maintain a clean and organized therapy area.
7. Set up and clean equipment for therapy sessions.
8. Document patient progress and assist with treatment plans.
9. Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and their families.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
