1. Assist therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.

8. Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge related to therapy techniques and equipment.
9. Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive and smooth rehabilitation experience.
11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and overall operations.
13. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with patients, families, and team members.
14. Complete administrative tasks as assigned, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
