- Assist therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients, including setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas
- Provide hands-on assistance to patients during therapy sessions, under the direction of therapists
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment to ensure the safety and comfort of patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any concerns or changes to therapists
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility exercises as needed
- Communicate regularly with therapists and other team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge
