- Assist in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing and therapy staff.
