1. Assist experienced nurses in providing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
2. Support patients in their journey to recovery and help them regain their independence.
3. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
4. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
5. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
6. Ensure patients' comfort and well-being by providing emotional support and companionship.
7. Help patients with mobility and exercise routines as directed by the nursing staff.
8. Administer medication as directed by the nursing staff.
9. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
11. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on the latest techniques and protocols.
12. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a high-quality care experience.
15. Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
