1. Act as a liaison between Encompass Health and potential patients and referral sources.
2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and other referral sources.
3. Educate referral sources on Encompass Health's rehabilitation programs and services.
4. Conduct on-site visits and presentations to promote Encompass Health's services.
5. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition for patients into Encompass Health's rehabilitation programs.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions about the rehabilitation process.
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market changes to inform referral source outreach and marketing efforts.
9. Attend conferences, community events, and other networking opportunities to promote Encompass Health's services.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports of referral sources, admissions, and marketing efforts.
11. Collaborate with the billing and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services provided.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
13. Serve as a positive representative of Encompass Health and uphold the company's values and mission.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve the referral and admission process and provide feedback to the management team.
15. Maintain confidentiality of patient and referral source information.
