As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients, visitors, and staff.   1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  3. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain the facility's appointment book.
  5. Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operation of front desk.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  8. Handle patient and visitor inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  9. Handle cash and credit card transactions, including accurate recording and reconciling of payments.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  12. Assist with maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
  13. Keep track of and report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department.
  14. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and staff members.
