- Greet and welcome all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Keep track of visitor sign-in and sign-out logs.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding company services, events, and policies.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Handle various tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security measures.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
