- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Check patients in and verify insurance information.
- Collect and process payments for services rendered.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and other staff regarding patient needs and concerns.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Update patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
