- Receive and sort mail and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate person.
- Handle any inquiries or complaints from visitors or callers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
- Update and maintain employee and client databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the office.
