1. Greet and welcome visitors to the facility in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
4. Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate appointment calendar.
5. Register new patients and update existing patient information.
6. Verify insurance information and collect co-payments.
7. Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and address any concerns.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
9. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
11. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
