• Manage the purchasing process for all necessary supplies and equipment, including researching and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, and placing orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with department heads to predict and plan for future supply needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
