12. Train and mentor other team members as needed.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
14. Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
