1. Provide exceptional care to patients in accordance with Encompass Health's mission.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
4. Develop and implement effective treatment strategies to improve patients' physical well-being.
5. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
6. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
7. Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercises for continued progress.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as Encompass Health's policies and procedures.
10. Continuously participate in professional development and stay updated on current research and practices in physical therapy.
11. Demonstrate empathy, compassion and patience towards patients and their families.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
13. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment for patients.
14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
15. Maintain confidentiality and respect patients' rights and privacy.
16. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
