1. Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
2. Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
3. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the most effective course of treatment.
4. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
5. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families about their condition and the importance of physical therapy in their recovery.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient treatments and progress.
8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in regards to patient care and confidentiality.
9. Stay current with advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy.
10. Act as a positive and professional representative of Encompass Health in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
11. Serve as a mentor and resource for other therapy team members.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
