4. Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for rehabilitation.
6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of care to patients.
9. Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy, and integrate new techniques and technologies into patient care as appropriate.
10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.

12. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
