Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution
Valid State License To Practice Physical Therapy
Cpr Certification And Knowledge Of Basic Life Support Techniques
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting
