1. Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with Encompass Health’s mission and values.
2. Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific needs and goals.

5. Monitor and document patient progress, making any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

15. Actively participate in the hiring and training of new physical therapy staff.
